Bill Draper, AIA

PRESIDENT

Along with being the President of JSRa, BIll is also a Navajo (Diné) Architect and Project Manager with over 31 years of practice in all phases of design and construction. His extensive experience in contract administration, program management and owner’s representative services brings forth the management skills necessary to organize and coordinate our multi-discipline team to assure that your project is completed on time and under budget.

 

Vernon Rosamond, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

As the Founder and Vice President of JSRa, Vernon has been continuously involved with architectural & engineering projects that have helped to improve the quality of life for American Indians / Alaska Natives (AI/AN).

 

Sarah Van Osten

BUSINESS MANAGER

Sarah has been with JSRa since 2005. She manages all administrative functions at the firm including finance, HR, contracts, purchasing, insurance, licenses, corporate issues and more! Sarah is also responsible for maintaining JSRa’s Native American ownership status with the various tribal organizations and governments we work with.

 

Daniel Hargreaves, AIA, FCSI, CDT, RAS, LEED Assoc.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Daniel is an Architect, Project Manager and JSRa Director of Operations with 40 years of practice in architecture and 33 years leveraging technology to benefit the project from the design through construction.

 

Maha Frederickson, RA, EDAC, LEEP AP

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Maha is a Project Manager with over 35 years of practice and 19 years with JSRa. Her background in architectural engineering, paired with LEED accreditation, and EDAC certification lends itself to ensuring quality and efficient construction.

 

Ryan Harrington, CSI, CDT

PROJECT MANAGER

Ryan is a Project Manager with over 20 years of practice, and over 15 with JSRa. Through CDT certification and CSI membership, Ryan ensures meticulous care to detail throughout the JSRa's projects.

 

Anthony Dobbs, RA

STAFF ARCHITECT

Anthony is a Staff Architect holding over 30 years of experience in Oklahoma and the Southwest. His 15 years with JSRa has come with extensive and careful development of public health facilities across Arizona.

 

Shawn Yazzie

BIM MODELER

Shawn is a Navajo (Diné) BIM Modeler holding over 20 years of practice and 16 years with JSRa. Shawn's extensive background in BIM lends itself to efficient and holistic design integration.

 

Yolanda Lopez

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Yolanda is the firm's Administrative Assistant, being with JSRa for over 20 years. Yolanda ensures that all in-office operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Kolbi King

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Kolbi is a Project Administrator, collaborating with both architects and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations throughout project processes.

 

Nikki Barboza

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Nikki is an Architect in Training - a recent graduate of the University of Arizona, she is committed to utilizing up to date knowledge and skills to advance towards a sustainable future.

Drew Rodriguez

STUDENT INTERN

Drew is a student intern within the firm. A fifth-year student at the University of Arizona, Drew is eager to learn and strengthen the firm's commitment to improving healthcare access on Native land.
